The post graduate department of Plant Biology and Biotechnology was started in 2011 and Ph.D. in 2012.Plant Biology and Biotechnology is an area which concentrates on complete plant kingdom their physiology, anatomy and reproduction. Biotechnology applies technological methods to biological system and living organisms to customize products and processes. It includes various approaches to scientific discoveries and involves practical experiences to get real knowledge about all the theoretical concepts.
