ORGANISATION STRUCTURE

The well-defined organisationalal setup of the institution facilitates the effective implementation of administrative, academic, and financial policies. The Managing Board of our institution comprises members from the Cork Industries Charities Trust, the Chairman, Secretary, Joint Secretary, Management Committee, and the Governing Body. The Governing Body also includes the Principal, Vice Principal, and members of the Academic Council. The Management and the Principal ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of various academic and administrative activities through the Vice Principals, Deans of various streams, the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), Controller of Examinations, and other respective committees.

Our college administration operates through cooperative efforts to achieve the motto and goals of the institution. The administrative department functions through two wings: the Aided Office and the Self-Finance Office, managed respectively by the Superintendent and the Chief Operating Officer.

The academic section of the college consists of various departments structured under a hierarchy of Heads, Associate Professors, and Assistant Professors. A range of committees functions under the academic division, such as the Admission Committee, Anti-Ragging Committee, Magazine Committee, Scholarship Committee, Fine Arts Committee, and Research Committee. The Deans play a crucial role in overseeing academic activities. The Controller of Examinations and the Internal Quality Assurance Cell are integral parts of the organisationalal setup, further enhancing the quality of educational endeavors.

NCC and NSS contribute to the development of a holistic educational experience, alongside a multitude of clubs and committees. The Institution Innovation Council, National Innovation and Startup Policy (NISP), and Research Cell are highly reputed for instilling self-esteem and confidence in students. The Placement and Training Cell, along with the Entrepreneurship Development Cell, is well-conceived to provide unparalleled career assistance to students.

The institution also hosts a dedicated Study Centre for professional courses such as Chartered Accountancy (CA), Cost and Management Accounting (CMA), and Company Secretaryship (CS), thereby ensuring the holistic development of students. The college hostel is a well-equipped and furnished haven for students. Other facilities provided include Health Care services through Apollo Shine, a Child Day Care Centre, Home Guard Services, and a Fitness Centre. The well-devised organisationalal hierarchy supports the fulfillment of shared objectives and the achievement of institutional goals.
