The B.Com Investment Banking programme is a future-focused undergraduate course designed to prepare students for dynamic careers in finance. Introduced from the academic year 2026–2027, it is delivered in collaboration with Imarticus Learning as the knowledge partner under the self-financing stream. The programme blends core commerce fundamentals with specialized training in investment banking, financial markets, and analytics, ensuring a balance of theoretical knowledge and practical exposure. With expert-designed curriculum, hands-on learning in financial modeling, real-world case studies, internships, and placement support, students are equipped to understand investment banking operations, deal structuring, and asset management in a global context.

The curriculum is comprehensive and industry-aligned, covering subjects such as Financial Accounting, Corporate Finance, Financial Markets and Institutions, Financial Modeling and Valuation, Equity Research, Mergers & Acquisitions, Risk Management, Financial Derivatives, Forex Management, International Financial Markets, Financial Technology (FinTech), and Data Analytics for Business. Students also gain exposure to portfolio and wealth management, regulatory frameworks, and ethics in investment banking, supported by project work and viva voce.
