The PG Department of Biostatistics, established in 2007, offers M.Sc. Biostatistics programme which specializes in statistical education for healthcare and medical fields. As the only women’s college in the state offering this programme, it equips students with analytical, computational, and domain-specific skills, ensuring strong employability.

The curriculum, regularly updated with industry-relevant topics like Machine Learning, Epidemiology, and Spatial Analysis, integrates theoretical and practical training. Students gain hands-on experience with SPSS, R, and Python, bridging academics with real-world applications.
