To foster a vibrant culture of intrapreneurship within the College, empowering students and faculty to innovate, collaborate, and lead transformative initiatives that enrich academic excellence and societal impact.

• To encourage creative thinking and proactive problem-solving among students and staff through intrapreneurial opportunities and projects.
• To provide a supportive environment with mentorship, resources, and platforms that enables the development and execution of innovative ideas across arts and sciences.
• To integrate intrapreneurship into academic and extracurricular activities, promoting interdisciplinary collaboration and real-world applications.
• To nurture leadership and entrepreneurial skills that prepares students and faculty to contribute meaningfully to the college community and beyond.
