M.Com Accounting and Finance (SFS)

The PG Department of Accounting and Finance, established in 2018, has been dedicated to equipping students with advanced conceptual, analytical and logical skills in commerce and finance. Offering the M.Com programme, the department blends academic learning with industry-focused training, integrating technology and covering diverse areas such as taxation, banking, cost management, business finance and analytics. With a strong emphasis on research and practical application, students are encouraged to present and publish papers, participate in funded projects and pursue certifications through Coursera, NPTEL and SWAYAM, ensuring global exposure and professional readiness.

The department provides a robust infrastructure that supports both academic and professional growth. State-of-the-art classrooms with smart boards, dedicated computer laboratories with software such as Tally, SPSS, Excel and Python, the high-speed internet enable hands-on learning.
