The Department of M.Sc. Home Science Food Science Nutrition and Dietetics was established in 2018 with the motto of empowering  students to be influential leaders in the Nutrition Dietetics and Food Science industry. The primary objective of this programme is to integrate theoretical knowledge and its practical application in the fields of Food Science and Nutritional Science. The department provides hands-on training to students through various practical papers and internships. The department has well-ventilated and spacious smart classrooms providing a comfortable learning environment for students. The Department has Analytical techniques. Physiology, Microbiology, and Food Science Lab. The Labs are well-equipped with the latest instruments. The Food Lab provides training to students on Food Service Management, Quality Food Production, and Quality control of food besides orienting them to different global as well as native cuisines.
